Bernice E. (Fuesting) Tucker, 64 of Warren, Michigan, was called home on May 16, 2022.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, May 23, 2022 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Effingham with burial in St. Anthony Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Sunday, May 22, 2022 at Bauer Funeral Home in Effingham.

Bernice was born October 14, 1957 in Effingham, the daughter of Anthony and Agnes (Mette) Fuesting. She married Elmer Tucker on October 20, 2000, who preceded her in death on January 12, 2016.

Bernice loved spending her time creating beautiful gifts for her family and friends. An avid quilter and crafter, Bernice poured love and perfection into everything she made.

Bernice is survived by her children, Tonya O'Leary (Dustin Arrington) of Tampa, FL, Derek Fuesting (Danielle Mulso) of Lapeer, MI, and Tara (William) Sides of Warren, MI; siblings, Steve Fuesting of Effingham, Diane (David) Krampe of Sigel, Ralph (Teresa) of Mason, Dale (Paula) of Haubstadt, IN and Lester (Maggie) of St. Marie.

Bernice cherished her grandchildren and has now become the guardian angel of Bryce, Haleigh, Jocelyn, Lauryn, William, Roman, and Tristin.

Bernice was preceded in death by her parents; husband; sister, Karen Huston.
