Anna M. "Annie" Meyer, 84, passed away at 5:00 a.m., Friday, November 15, 2013 at her son's home in Teutopolis.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Monday, November 18, 2013 at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Teutopolis with burial in St. Francis Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Sunday evening at the church with a combined C.D. of A. and C.C.W. rosary beginning at 4:00 p.m. Memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research or Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

Annie was born May 18, 1929 in the Bishop Creek area, the daughter of Bernard and Anna (Voss) Bierman. She married Louis C. Meyer on November 19, 1949 and he preceded her in death in 2011. Annie was a partner and officer at Meyer Oil, the family business. She was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Teutopolis, Catholic Daughters of the Americas and the St. Francis Council of Catholic Women.

Annie is survived by four sons, Donald (Tana) of Chicago, Randy (Kathleen) of Effingham, Terry (Jane) of Teutopolis and Joseph (Julie) of Wilmette; three daughters, Nancy (Jim) Westendorf of Dieterich, LuAnn (Leslie) Dallas of Pawnee, OK and Amy (Kevin) Ruholl of Teutopolis; 24 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.

Annie was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Louis; two brothers, Leonard and Jerome Bierman; four sisters, Louise Repking, Sr. Hildegarde, Eleanor Pals and Martha Schmidt.
