Anna Marie Sparling, 86, passed away Friday, November 18, 2022 at her home in Effingham.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 am Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Effingham with burial in St. Anthony Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm Tuesday at Bauer Funeral Home in Effingham. Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.

She was born May 21, 1936, in Effingham, the daughter of Ralph H. and Elsie (Greger) Hook. She married Albert Feldhake on September 30, 1954 and he preceded her in death in 1984. She then married Pearly "Tom" Sparling on October 28, 1985 and he preceded her in death in 1999.

She is survived by her children, Gail (Terry) Kraft of Effingham, Mary (Elmer) Lawyer of Pesotum, Dave (Kelly) Feldhake of Effingham, Dan (Sandy) Feldhake of Effingham, Don (Pam) Feldhake of Effingham; stepdaughter, Vickie (Todd) Probst of Wheeler; stepsons, David (Suzanne) Sparling of Effingham, and Tom (Mary) Sparling of Topeka, Kan.; twenty grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren.

Anna was preceded in death by her parents; husbands; son, Duane Feldhake and daughter, Debbie Alldredge.
