Anna D. Dooling's Obituary
Anna D. Dooling, 89, passed away at 7:10 p.m., Saturday, October 15, 2011 at her home in Effingham.
Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, October 19, 2011 at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Effingham with burial in St. Anthony Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 18, 2011 at Bauer Funeral Home in Effingham with a 6:00 p.m. parish wake service. Memorials may be made to the donor's choice.
Anna was born on May 22, 1922 in Island Grove, the daughter of Martin and Delphine (Koebele) Meinhart. She married Franklin M. "Frank" Dooling on August 9, 1947 and he preceded her in death in 1992. Anna was a member of the St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Effingham and the St. Anthony Council of Catholic Women.
She is survived by one son, Tim of Effingham; two daughters, Rita of Centennial, CO and Nancy (Gary) Livacari of Park Ridge; two grandchildren, Gary J. (Maria) and Emily Livacari; one great grandchild, Louis Livacari.
Anna was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Frank; brother, Giles and sister, Dorothy Pruemer.
