Andrew L. Gates' Obituary
Andrew L. Gates, 32 of Altamont, passed away Monday morning, November 13, 2017 at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m Friday, November 17, 2017 at Bauer Funeral Home in Effingham with burial in Arborcrest Memorial Park. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. to time of service, Friday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers and memorial gifts, donations may be made to Andrew's family.
Andrew was born October 28, 1985 in Effingham, the son of Dale and Jackie (Hammond) Gates. He married Sabrina Harpster on October 16, 2006 and she survives.
Andrew is also survived by his son, Wyatt Lee of Altamont; father, Dale R. Gates of Champaign; mother, Jackie L. (Brian) Reed of Effingham, along with many other family and friends.
