Albert J. Lidy, 47 of Dieterich, passed away Sunday, April 10, 2022 at HSHS St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital in Effingham.

A Celebration of Life service will be at 6:00 p.m. Friday, April 22, 2022 at Bethsaida Church, rural Dieterich, with Pastor Wyatt Schwengel, officiating. Burial in St. Aloysius Cemetery, rural Dieterich, will be held at a later date. A memorial visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to the time of service, Friday evening at the church. Memorial donations may be given to the charity of the donor's choice.

Albert was born July 19, 1974 in Effingham, the son of Albert J. And Rosemary (King) Lidy. He enjoyed music and playing guitar, as well as his coon hounds, Sue and Sadie.

Albert will be loved and remembered by his sisters, Cathy Lidy (Eric Moran) and Theresa (Greg) Zerrusen; his six nieces, and numerous friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, aunts, and uncles.
